How a new lead moves through it
Nothing about how leads arrive or leave has changed. The emails inside the existing nurture workflow were replaced, and everything wired to it still works.
A lead comes in
Website forms, landing pages and Facebook lead ads all go to the lead router, 1. New Lead [All Leads] - v8 - copy. Its Paid ads and Via Website branches add the lead to the nurture.
Email Nurture - New Leads
The same workflow as before, still published and still with no trigger of its own. It now holds the 40 new emails. The first goes 7 minutes after someone is added, as before.
They stop getting emails when they…
book a call (Discovery Call Booked), sign up (1. Signed Up), or are marked lost (Email Nurture - Abandoned/Lost Lead). All three were checked after the change.
Emails 1 to 10, every weekday. A lead who arrives on a Friday evening gets email 2 on Monday.
Emails 11 to 40, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at the times below (UK time).
“Jake at The Game Changer Training”, info@thegctraining.co.uk. Replies land in that inbox.
What the emails look like
GCT’s own look: near-black with the white crest, a sand keyline and buttons, Montserrat throughout. Written as Jake, in plain British English. Every member quote is the member’s own words from their film.
All 40 emails
Subject line, preview text and the film each one features. Every email ends with the same button, “Book your free call” (or a close variant), to gamechangertraining.co.uk/next-step.

The films
Eight member stories and six coach explainers, all GCT’s own. Each was trimmed of off-camera chatter, re-encoded so it plays quickly from an email, and given a branded thumbnail. GCT’s own burned-in captions are kept. Click a thumbnail to watch.
Everything changed in HighLevel
All on 20 October 2026. Each change to a workflow or custom value was backed up first.
40 email templates in Marketing → Emails → Templates, folder GCT New Lead Nurture (40 emails, Oct 2026), named GCT Nurture · 01 · Wk01 Mon · … to · 40 ·.
Media in Media Storage, folder GCT Email Assets: the white crest (Brand), 24 photos (Photos) and the 14 films with their thumbnails (Videos).
Email Nurture - New Leads: its six old template emails were swapped for the 40 new ones. Same workflow, same id, still published, no trigger. Anyone part way through the old six carries on into the new series.
Custom values. WhatsApp: empty → 447946589064. YouTube Channel: empty → https://gamechangertraining.co.uk. URL Website, Schedule Link, URL Discovery Call, URL Discovery Call Confirmed, URL Terms and Conditions and URL Privacy Policy: moved from the dead thegamechangertraining.co.uk to gamechangertraining.co.uk. Older templates, SMS and trigger links that use these now go to the live site and the right WhatsApp.
Trigger links. “Reset Offer Link” pointed at the referral page; it now goes to the reset page ({{custom_values.reset_offer_url}}, gamechangertraining.co.uk/reset). “Discovery Call” now lands on the live /next-step page through the custom value above.
GCT New Lead Nurture 2026 (spare copy, not used…): a standalone copy built first. It’s in draft with nobody in it, and safe to delete.
The lead router, the three exit workflows, the Referrals, Lapsed and Abandoned nurtures, and every other workflow.
Making changes later
Change an email’s wording or photo
Edit its template in the folder above. The workflow uses the template itself, so the next sends pick up the change.
Change a subject line or preview text
Open Email Nurture - New Leads and edit that email’s step. The subject is set on the step, not in the template.
Pause the emails
Set Email Nurture - New Leads to draft. The lead router keeps working; new leads just won’t get the emails until it’s published again.
Worth checking
The emails steer around each of these, so nothing is wrong in them today. Each is a quick yes or no for GCT.
- Price. HighLevel lists the 30 Day Experience at £247, while the website keeps price for the call. The emails never state a price. Happy to keep it that way?
- Group size. The emails say no more than six people to a coach (the /next-step page and the explainer film). The /timetable page says a maximum of four. Which is right?
- Check-ins. Weekly on /next-step, monthly in the membership film. The emails just say “check-ins with your coach”.
- Sessions a week. A coach says “over 40”; the published timetable shows 37. The emails say sessions run from 5.30am into the evening.
- Phone number. The website uses 07946 589064 (used in the emails); the HighLevel location profile has 07957 095119.
- The explainer films. The coaches presenting them aren’t named, so the emails don’t name them. Who are they?
- Health details in the member films. The emails use the films as the website does, but don’t quote the parts about pregnancy, surgery or menopause. If those members are happy to be quoted on them, those lines could be used.
- Heidi’s film only exists at 360 by 480, so it looks soft at full size. A higher-quality copy would be worth swapping in.
